About Chris

Chris Matchan has worked in HR for over 30 years, in companies ranging from multinational corporates to small start-ups. He now runs his own consultancy business: headhunting and coaching across many different industries, teaching at several universities, and dealing with outplacements – helping people who have been fired or made redundant to find their way back into the jobs market.
 
Chris shares his expertise on job applications and how to stand out in a tough jobs market.  He offers valuable tips on CVs and cover letters, psychometric testing, interviews, assessment centres and presentations.
