Chris Matchan has worked in HR for over 30 years, in companies ranging from multinational corporates to small start-ups. He now runs his own consultancy business: headhunting and coaching across many different industries, teaching at several universities, and dealing with outplacements – helping people who have been fired or made redundant to find their way back into the jobs market.
