Chloë Garland is the founder of Quarter-Life and an early careers life coach, helping graduates and young adults work out what they really want and how to get there.
“Everyone is trying to answer the question posed by Mary Oliver: ‘What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?’ Yet none of us got the manual explaining how to figure out the answer.”

About Chloë & Quarter-Life
After her Philosophy degree, and experience working with children and young adults in the UK and with international development organisations, Chloe set up Quarter-Life, offering personal coaching for young adults, to help them choose their first job or change careers. The 6 session programme is designed to build a picture of what is really important to the individual, then explore suitable options and devise an action plan to reach their goals.
“I work with people who are feeling stuck, unsure, unclear, overwhelmed or unbalanced regarding their next steps in their lives. I have worked a lot with young adults… to gain more clarity over their career direction, or simply to achieve balance in their everyday lives.”
