Matt is a student at Bath University, who deferred his studies for a year following a bout of depression. Before returning in September, he has spent the past few months setting up the F.C. Not Alone campaign, raising over £10,000 for mental health charities, and encouraging people to talk about the issues.

In this video

Based on his experience, Matt explains why he believes students struggle with mental health problems. And what universities, Government and society could do to help tackle this growing epidemic amongst young people.
