Claire Derry is a business coach with ActionCOACH.   Her particular expertise relates to emotional intelligence and its application in developing leadership skills and team effectiveness.  She brings a wealth of knowledge, having created her own successful company in her early 20’s – Link Licensing Ltd., which was ranked by Virgin Atlantic and The Sunday Times as one of the fastest growing private companies in the UK.
Claire studied History at Newcastle University and began working life as a trainee buyer on the Boots graduate scheme.
Time off includes tennis, golf and long walks with her black Labrador – Blue, and she’s a strong advocate of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.  In this video, Claire explains how they have helped her deal with some particularly stressful times in her life.
