Oats are incredibly nutritious as they are rich in antioxidants, and an excellent source of dietary fibre. These breakfast bars are great for on the go in the morning, as an afternoon snack, or a healthy addition to packed lunches and picnics. Oats are really filling and have been found to lower cholesterol levels and improve blood sugar control, which will help maintain energy levels and prevent any cravings.
